Nationwide Shipping

We ship to all regions of New Zealand using two of the most reliable carriers in the country:

• NZ Post – Standard Service
• CourierPost – Express Service

All orders are dispatched directly from our local warehouse in Auckland.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

• 📦 Standard Shipping (NZ Post): 2–5 business days
• ⚡ Express Shipping (CourierPost): 1–3 business days

Delivery times depend on the destination and do not include processing times.

Pickup Option

At the moment, we do not offer in-person pickup. All orders are shipped directly to your address anywhere in New Zealand.

Order Processing Times

Orders are processed once payment is confirmed:

• ✔ Credit/Debit Cards & Stripe: instant confirmation.
• ✔ Bank Transfers: processed once verified.

Standard dispatch time: 24–48 business hours (may extend to 72 hours during high-volume periods).

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your address, selected service, and order value.

Orders above the free-shipping threshold will be upgraded automatically with no extra charge.
