We want your experience with Voltra® to be exceptional. Below, you’ll find all the information regarding warranties, returns, and product exchanges for New Zealand orders.

Voltra® Official Warranty – 6 Months

All Voltra® products include a 6-month official warranty covering manufacturing or functional defects.

If your product develops a fault within the first 6 months, we will handle the full process and cover all logistics for inspection, replacement or return.

Returns (Change of Mind)

For online purchases, you have 10 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return due to change of mind.

The product must be in excellent condition: unused, without wear marks or odours, and returned with its original packaging and all included accessories.

Product Exchanges

You have 10 calendar days from the date of delivery to request an exchange.

Products must be returned in their original condition: unused, clean, without odours or missing components, and with all original accessories included.

  • 🔁 Exchanges due to change of mind → customer covers shipping costs.
  • ⚡ Exchanges due to manufacturing defects → Voltra® covers all logistics.
  • 🧩 All accessories must be returned in perfect condition and fully complete.

Exclusions

  • 🚫 Products showing signs of use or wear.
  • 🚫 Missing accessories or incomplete packaging.
  • 🚫 Products with stains, odours, or dirt.
  • 🚫 Requests made after the 10-day return window.

How to Request a Warranty, Exchange or Return

1) Contact our support team via email
We will guide you through the full process step by step.

2) Provide proof of purchase
We require your order number or the email used at checkout to validate your request.

3) Choose the replacement product
If the new item is of higher value, you’ll pay the difference.
If it is of lower value, you will receive store credit.
